Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its latest luxury property in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, providing travelers with another high-end accommodation option in this popular coastal area. The Rosewood Mandarina, situated about 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, boasts 134 rooms featuring private plunge pools and terraces.
The resort forms part of the larger Mandarina luxury resort and residential complex, which includes the One&Only Mandarina resort and the Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club. Guests have access to multiple dining venues, such as La Cocina, offering traditional Mexican cuisine, and Buena Onda, which serves coastal Spanish dishes. Two additional venues, Toppu, a Japanese fine-dining restaurant, and Barra Penasco, a cliffside cocktail bar, are set to open later this year.
The property also features the Asaya Spa, which uses indigenous healing rituals, and an Explorers Club children’s program that includes activities like nature hikes and sustainability workshops. This opening represents Rosewood’s fourth property in Mexico, with a fifth location, the Rosewood Mexico City, planned for debut next year.
